Terms and Conditions

By using Shop Newark.Online you are bound by the terms & condition as stated below.


  1. Contract for the supply of products or services

  • The Contract is made when the Client has placed an order for the supply of goods or services and paid the Price and the Delivery Charge and Shop Newark has accepted the order by email.

  • This confirmation email is acceptance by Shop Newark of the order being placed and is valid whether or not you receive the email.

  • All products displayed on the Shop Newark website are priced as dictated by the retailer providing the goods.

  • Shop Newark are free to withdraw from any prospective sale at any time prior to acceptance for any reason including error or inaccuracy of the description or price of the goods or service.

  • Price and availability information are subject to change without notice.

  • If Shop Newark are unable to accept your order you will be informed as soon as possible and the Price and Delivery Charge already paid refunded.

  • If the Client does not provide all the necessary details for the goods to be supplied & delivered the Client will be contacted and must provide the outstanding information as soon as possible. Delay in providing this information will lead to an extension in the Delivery Period. The Client accepts that any such delay is acceptable due to their actions and their responsibility.


  1. The products & services

  • Details of the different products and services will be shown on the Website.

  • The descriptions of the products and services provided will be as accurate as possible and provided in good faith.


  1. The Price

  • The Price and Delivery Charge must be paid before the Contract is made.

  • The Price and Delivery Charge both include Value Added Tax at the rate current at the time of the Contract. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Shop Newark, the Value Added Tax can go up or down and the total Price and Delivery Charge will be adjusted accordingly.


  1. Delivery

  • Any issues that arise will be advised to the Client who may be asked to accept a revised Delivery Period.

  • The products will be delivered by a Shop Newark representative and the Client will be advised when the delivery is ready. Shop Newark with then liase with the client to arrange a delivery time.

  • Shop Newark will endeavour to cooperate with the Client on delivery times, but no time is guaranteed.

  •  If the Client does not make proper arrangements to accept delivery on the agreed date and the goods have to be delivered another time, then a further Delivery Charge of £10 will be charged.

  • The Delivery Charge will be the current rates as advised on the Website or advised by Shop Newark when the Contract is made.


  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Neither Shop Newark nor any or it’s directors employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

  • This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.


  1. Illegal Acts

  • It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  • Shop Newark reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Shop Newark web site.
